Purchase – Punchout – Add Requester amend comments

Requester amend Comments to Email, PO View and Audit have been added.

Purchase – New Order – Attn Field character update

Attn Field has been updated to allow for 60 characters input.

Purchase – My Order Widgets available on custom Dashboards

My Order Widgets from Purchase module home page are now available on Purchase module custom Dashboards for customization in Purchase section.

Purchase – Dashboard – Advanced Reporting PO Statistics Widget and New PO Statistics Report

PO Statistics Widget now has Go to Report link, which opens corresponding Report in a new Tab. New report has been added – PO Statistics Report.

Purchase – Dashboard – Advanced Reporting – PO Approval Time Average Update

PO Approval Time average by department and PO Approval Time Widget/Report have been updated to use hours, instead of day, for calculation of the approval time and Widget/Report approval Start Date and Approval Date now include time.

Purchase – Rename Purchase Order Delivery Date

Option to rename Purchase order delivery date into Requested Delivery date in User Interface has been added.

Purchase – Advanced Reporting – New reports for Total Expenditure and Rolling 12 Months Expenditure added

New reports have been added – Total Expenditure by Master Category and Rolling 12 Months Expenditure by Master Category.

Purchase – Advanced Reporting – New Filters added to Department Budget Balance by PO and PO Item Report

New filters have been added to Department Budget Balance by PO Item report: Budget Month and GL Code and ‘Order Type’ filter has been added to both – Balance by PO and PO Item reports.

Purchase – Advanced Reporting (Customer Request) – ‘Pending Expenditure’ column added to Reports

‘Pending Expenditure’ column has been added to Total Expenditure by Department and General Ledger reports.

Purchase – Advanced Reporting (Customer Request) – Total Invoiced and Total Paid columns added for customization for the Reports

‘Total Invoiced’ and ‘Total Paid’ columns have been added as available columns for customization for Total Expenditure by Department report.

Purchase – Advanced Reporting (Customer Request) – Receiving – Unreceived Items

GL Code and GL Description columns have been added as available columns for customization to the report for Unreceived items in Receiving part.

New filter ‘Order Type’ has been added to Department Budget Balance by PO and Department Budget Balance by PO Item reports.

New reports have been added: GL Code by Department, Cost Code and GL Code Total Budget Info reports have been added.

Purchase – New Option added to remove Disc Column from Invoice/PO Line item

Disc column can now be removed from PO line item, and once done, it will be automatically removed from Invoice also, and opposite.

Purchase – New Department Budget Info Report added

New Budget info report added.

New column ‘Category’ has been added to PO Item.

New widgets added, available for customization in Purchase section, and all have department filter available.

Department Total Budget Info, Department Monthly Budget and User Monthly Budget Info now have their own tab on Budget Info Pop-up/Widget.

Purchase – Invoice – Cost Code description visible on PO/Invoice hover

Cost Code description is now visible when hovered over PO/Invoice item cost code.

Purchase – Invoice – Alert added when Budgets are not Restrictive

When approve button on PO/Non PO Invoice View pages is clicked, while Department Total, Monthly or GL Code by Department budgets are not restrictive, and budget is exceeded we have now implemented an alert where user should click approve, or cancel, to proceed with the approval process.

Purchase – Invoice Number and Invoice Date added to Report

Invoice Number and Invoice Date have now been added to Department balance by PO report for NPI Orders.

Purchase – Department Filter added to Orders Waiting for My Approval

Department filter to Orders Waiting for My Approval widget has now been added.

Purchase – Receiving (Customer Request) – Next Button added

Next button has been added for receiving, when user opens up a PO for receiving.

Purchase – Department Budget Info Report – Tabs for grouping of Order Types added

Tabs to group orders by types have been added to Department Budget Info Report, which is located above search result table.

 

 

 

Accounts Payable Module Updates

 

 

 

Accounts Payable – Company Logo Displayed now instead of a Company Name

In the latest update, if company logo is available, logo is displayed instead of a company name in selected company selection.

Accounts Payable – PO Invoice Item Layout update

Layout has now been updated, so in first row we have Item Code, Name, Price, Quantity and Total and in second row we have columns: PO Number, Department, Cost, GL and Tax Codes and Tax amount.

Accounts Payable – Non-PO Invoice Item Layout update

Similarly to update to PO Invoice item Layout – in first row we have Item Code, Name, Price, Quantity and Total and in second row we have columns: Department, Cost, GL and Tax Codes and Tax amount.

Accounts Payable – Dashboard – Advanced Reporting – New Widget added

New widget has been added with number of invoices at various stages: Received, Waiting for approval, etc.

Accounts Payable – Discount Column hidden by default

In the latest upate, discount column is now hidden by default.

Accounts Payable – New Widget and Report added for Invoice Documents

New report has been added which will display number of Invoice documents received by AP Automation per Company.

Accounts Payable – AP Automation – Further improvements

US date format, Invoice Number, Invoice Date and Supplier Identification have all gotten further improvements.

Accounts Payable – New Widget and Report added for Invoice Approval time

New report has been added for invoice approval time, which shows the approval time from first approval to full approval.

Accounts Payable – Advanced Reporting – PO URL and Invoice URL columns added

PO URL and Invoice URL are now added as available columns for customization to Invoice Document export, and report.

Accounts Payable – Advanced Reporting (Customer Request) – New Report added

New report has been added, as per Customer Request: Department Invoiced Total Budget.

Accounts Payable – Advanced Reporting – Invoice Received before PO Report

Invoice received before PO report is not customizable, and it has standard filter by Created Date/Received date, similar to ‘Purchase Order Approval Time’ report, and PO Created/Before PO Received.

Accounts Payable – Credit Notes

Credit Notes can now be matched either fully, or partially, to invoices.

Accounts Payable – Invoice Document – Tag rename

Invoice tag has been renamed – from ‘New’ into a ‘A – New’.

Accounts Payable – New Filter added to Invoice Search and Export

New filter has been added to Invoice search and export which will filter invoices by Invoice Document Tag, and it is visible only when AP Automation is enabled.

Accounts Payable – New Invoice Payment Time Widget and report added

When Xero Payment info or Sage Intacct payment info import is enabled it will list top 10 invoices with highest payment time, where time is calculated from the moment of invoice creation in Planergy to being fully paid.

Accounts Payable – Invoice Documents – flagging of duplicate Invoice Numbers

Duplicate invoice numbers for new invoice documents will now be automatically flagged.

Accounts Payable – Invoice Documents – flagging of Unreceived Items

Invoices received via AP Automation will be automatically flagged with unreceived items for new invoice documents.

Sage Intacct – Selection of Export Fields in Planergy

New setting has been added to select if Planergy Credit Notes, CN Number or Reference will be exported as Sage Intacct Adjustment reference.

Sage Intacct – New option for selection of GL Posting Date added

New option has been added to Invoice Add/Edit/View pages to select which date will be set as GL Posting Date in Sage Intacct on invoice export.

Sage Intacct – New Option for mapping of Employee Dimension to PO Custom Field

New option has been added to map Sage Intacct Employee dimension to PO item custom field in Planergy.

Sage Intacct – Department and GL Code import now import also Budgets

When performing an import of the Department and GL Code from Sage Intacct, we are now importing corresponding budgets also.

Sage Intacct – New GL Code by Department Budget Import added

New import from Sage Intacct button has been added which lists all connected companies to GL Code by Department search page.

Sage Intacct – New option added to select Sage Intacct Field

New option has been added to Sage Intacct simple settings page, which is a drop-down list, available only when PO export to Sage is enabled. This list now has two options – Item Description and Memo. When Item description is selected, PO Item Name will be exported as Item Description, while if Memo is selected, PO Item Name will be exported as Item Description.

Sage Intacct – Projects Mapping added to Custom Field

Sage Intacct Projects mapping has now been added to Custom Field.

 

Xero

 

 

Xero – Credit Note allocation to Xero on Invoice Export to Xero added

Credit Note allocation to Xero on Invoice export to Xero has been added.

Xero – Sage Intacct – Payment section to Invoice view pages added

Payment section has been added to Invoice view pages, and it lists all payments against the invoice.

Xero – QuickBooks Online – Automatic export of approved Suppliers

New setting has been added to automatically export approved Suppliers to Xero and QuickBooks Online.

 

Twinfield

 

 

Twinfield – N/A Default Tax available when Twinfield integration is enabled

N/A default tax is now available when Twienfield integration is enabled, and when N/A tax on Invoice Item is selected.

 

 

Control Panel Updates:

 

 

 

Control Panel update – Category Name and Code Length increased

Length of the characters for Category Name has been increased – from 250 to 500 and for Category Code from 50 to 250 characters.

Control Panel Update – GL Code by Department now Read-Only

GL Code by Department is now read-only, and it is not possible to add/edit/remove GL codes.

Control Panel Update – Customer Request – Predefined Dashboards added

Predefined dashboards have been added, which will be set as a default dashboard for the users who log into Planergy for the first time, as per role.

Control Panel Update (Customer Request) – Purchase/Accounts Payable – Default Tax at Department and GL Code Level

Option has been added to set default tax at Department, and GL Code. When tax is set, it is being automatically set on new PO and Invoice pages.

General Update – Automatic removal of special characters from the file name during upload

Special characters are now being automatically removed from the file name during file upload.

General Update – New feature for custom alerts has been added for PO’s and Invoices

New feature has been added to create custom alerts for Purchase Order and Invoices, and to create them as two custom alert types – Warning and Custom Notification.

General Update – Advanced Reporting – Layout Update

Layout has now been updated, to display HTML report, alongside with the horizontal scroll on the top, and the bottom of the page, if report can’t fit on the page.

General Update – New ‘Custom’ Approval rule step has been added

When Approval Type is Advanced, new column has been added to Approval Rule step – ‘Type’, which will be Financial and Custom for PO and Generic and Custom for other types, except for Expense.

General Update – Ticket – Purchase – Accounts Payable

Layout has been updated for Check Budget popup, Department budget info, Budget info total, GL Code Budget, Cost Code budget, and GL Code Budget by Department widgets.

General Update – Xero – Sage Intacct – Payment search

When Xero/Sage Intacct payment info import is enabled, Payment link is now available in left side meny below invoices, which now opens Payment search page, and this now lists all imported payments. When you click on the desired payment, it opens Payment view page with basic details.
