The Home page is the landing page of the Expense module, allowing easy navigation through the core sections provided in this module and the PLANERGY Control Panel.
You can quickly access the latest news, recent expense activity information, core sections of Expense shortcuts, PLANERGY Control Panel, and many more. You can also customize the Home page and add a maximum of 8 widgets of your choice at a time.
Navigate to PLANERGY > Expense. The Expense > Home page is displayed.

Expense Home Page Widgets
The widgets on the Expense Home page allow quick and easy access to the various sections. The available widgets are:

Shortcuts
The Shortcuts widget allows easy access to all the core sections of the Expense module and Control Panel. 
My Unreported Expenses
The My Unreported Expenses widget displays the top five expenses yet to be added to an expense report. You can view the details of each expense including the merchant, transaction date, total amount, expense type, and payment type. 
My Expense Reports In Approval Process
The My Expense Reports In Approval Process widget shows the top 5 expense reports waiting to be approved. You can view the details of each expense report including the report title, total amount on the expense report, report valid date, and applied expense policy. 
Latest News
The Latest News widget highlights the most recent information about the PLANERGY application. This includes updates regarding the latest feature releases, notifications, and planned downtime for the software updates. 
My Recent Expense Activity
The My Recent Expense Activity widget displays the top 5 records of your recent activities related to expenses in your PLANERGY account. The merchant name, activity done on the expense, name of the person initiating the action, and the date when the activity was done are displayed.
My Last Reimbursed Expense
The My Last Reimbursed Expense widget displays the top 5 reimbursed expenses, ordered from most recent to oldest. It provides details of the merchant, date of expense, total amount, expense type, and payment type.
My Recent Expense Reports
The My Recent Expense Reports widget displays the five most recent expense reports, ordered from newest to oldest. You can view the report name, current status, total amount, and expense report date.
My Expense Reports Awaiting Reimbursement
The My Expense Reports Awaiting Reimbursement widget displays the top 5 approved expense reports having pending reimbursements. You can view the report name, related expense policy, total amount, and expense report date.
