How do I free text/enter the email address of a vendor for a new purchase order?
You can only free text the item name for an item on a new purchase order if you have the user permission Can use free text for Vendors and the vendor does not have an email address assigned in the system.
To free text email address of a vendor for a new purchase order:
- Click the [New Order] menu option in the Main Menu.
- Enter the vendor email in the Email field in the Vendor Details section. If you are unable to enter the email address then you do not have necessary permissions.
