Your Orders – 01 – Your Orders

The Your Orders section of PLANERGY – figure 1 – gives you lists of orders directly related to you as a user. This is split into 3 separate sections for different types of orders each with 2 separate lists. The list of orders shown in these lists will be only orders directly related to you – orders you have created or were forwarded to approve.

1. Waiting For Approval
   1. Your Orders Waiting For Approval From Other Users

      A list of the orders you have created that have not yet been approved.

   2. Other Users’ Orders Waiting For Approval From You

      A list of orders sent to you for approval that are not yet approved.

2. Approved
   1. Your Orders Approved By Other Users And To Be Received

      A list of the orders you have created and sent to other users that have since been approved.

   2. Other Users’ Orders Approved By You Yet To Be Received

      A list of orders sent to you for approval that have since been approved.

3. Rejected
   1. Your Orders Rejected By Other Users

      A list of orders you have created and sent to other users for approval that have since been rejected.

   2. Other Users’ Orders Rejected By You

      A list of orders sent to you for approval that have since been rejected.

These lists only show orders directly related to you. This can be useful if you want to log in and approve orders in bulk for example. You can review the Waiting For Approval – Other Users’ Orders Waiting For Approval From You list and approve or reject orders as required. To see a full list of all orders in the system, including those not directly related to you, you should use the Purchase Order search.
